@XxForeverxMetal Yeah... their entire rhythm section is severely lacking. Drummer does his job, and keeps the beat and the rest of the band from falling apart, but lacks creativity. The bassist is a typical, stereotypical metal bassist who plays nothing but root notes. The guitars are pretty addictive in their melody, but they are quite easy. All in all, BFMV is a good band, I like them, but oh well.

I still, to this day, view it as one of my favorite metal albums, simply because of the amount of energy they put forth into each and every song. Its pretty balls-to-the-wall metal, more so in the melody department, but still with that strong sense of drop-tuned aggression. And Matt's angsty vocals and over-the-top lyrics of revenge and hate. Possibly there best album to date.
