Many times when Michael was demonstrating how hard to spank, he was actually showing what was TOO hard. At 3:44 you will see an ACCURATE demonstration of how hard to spank your child, which (as you will see) is a tiny swat that barely even stings.

*If* the vid you show here is verbatim to what MP uploaded then it is not a false DMCA, as you made no commentary, did not parody, cant be classed educational, as there was nothing new added to show why it is educational under fair use.

If the original was longer and you cut it into what we see, I'm also fairly sure it still would not be classed as fair use and thus the DMCA is likely legit, if that is the case. Sorry.

@Fireflygamer :) Well in regard to the news broadcasts the footage is used as news, often it is taken to be used as news, taken by the broadcaster sometimes, or otherwise have the right to show it by whoever the author was, and typically only 20-30 seconds.

Also reporters of news seem to have a bit more leeway in regards to showing such things. Still, I'm sure there is much that has been shown on news reports that could break the DMCA.

The news can use a clip of the daily show, a copyrighted entertainment video if they make so sort of comment about it before hand, I believe this applies here.

I have not seen the original from any site, so I could not comment further, just on what I saw in the vid segment shown on this vid.

Having re-watched this, and making an assumption that the original was cut up into what we see here, it could be seen as dark parody in the way it is edited.

Self defense in its actual form is, of course, something else entirely.
