hello mate, im currently putting a HTPC inside an xbox360 shell. Looking at your vid i see you have the bulky PSU hanging out the back with wires feeding in.

Didnt you think to use a shuttle PSU? They would fit inside the xbox shell there very small.

or DC connection like a laptop, thats the route im going down.

Plus how did you sort out the xbox 360 on button did you just solder the two wires to the RF board?

at least the computer should be work... not like a 360 .. I considered doing this with a broken laptop (well just the monitor) and placing it in a 360 case. The 360 died a long time ago thinking its a graphics failure of some sort. But its totally RROD. At least it would give the case some purpose.

What you need to do now, is find a Micro PSU, like the ones in media center or lan boxes. And try to fine a motherboard that is M-Atx with a good onboard GPU like a 2100/3000 which comes on most AMD M-Atx boards, Then it will be able to game to :)

es ist ein vm-101 vga fanless kühler (passiv) montiert und davor ein 60mm lüfter...außerdem wird die mobile cpu eh nicht sooo sehr warm...(max. 60°C im 3D Modus)

das problem mit den startknopf ist schon lange behoben *g* ;-)

@pipocal02: spiele laufen nur zum teil darauf, da die onboard karte nur dx6 unterstützt aber z.b. cs:s funktionieren *g*
