This is actually called "pollwatching," and from what I understand it is legal in all states. Representatives from all parties are welcome to participate as a way of helping ensure that no shenanigans are taking place. I don't think the sign with the logo on it would have been legal in all states though, but I doubt the election judges would have allowed it were it not.

Hillary supporters who don't even realize that Hillary can not win democratically. A lot of Hillary supporters believe she can win this thing by votes.

I've had quite a bit of experience from assisting inside polling areas this year, and many before. That is a common knowledge rule that everyone working there is aware of, you're not allowed to show support for any candidate, nor advertise association with any party, or candidate, within the polling area.

The Chief Election Officer where I was would have been all over something like that. Where's the supervision of rules at this polling place? What a farce.

Clinton supporters were being locked out of caucus stations. In two stations police were called and forced the doors open to let them in.

Obama supporters had pre-filled the forms before the caucus began.

Elderly people who overwhelmingly support Hillary were overly bullied, tricked or taken advantage of by agressive Obama supporters.

Not to mention the PA polling station that had Obama's name hilighted on the ballots - SERIOUSLY.
