It is very possible that he is ineligible. When candidates are placed on ballots, it is based on the honor system. It's up to the SOS to uphold the integrity of the ballots. Roger Calero, born in Nicaragua, was on New Jersey's ballot. He clearly is not eligible. 95% of blacks voted for Obama. If he is decleared ineligible, it will be a BIG blow to those who voted for him.

Yes, 95% of us voted for Barrack Obama, but we only make up of about 12% of the population. To humor you, in the off chance he is declared ineligible after so much public support, there would probably be such an uproar that people would fight hard to change the antiquated eligibility law.
