Tibet declared independence under British influence twice in 1900s. Once during the Qing dynasty and once during the Nationalist China gov. Both govs rejected the indep declaration. Nationalist Ch gov sent in the troop to nullify the first declaration.
If Comm China is the rightful heir to the Ch gov after winning the Ch civil war, then it has every right to nullify the Tibetant declaration of indep.

People in PRC china are locked up for speaking against the government, not for their faith. The CCP govt could care less what religion people practice, as long as it doesn't oppose the government. That is the central point of their attitude towards religion.
That's why there are millions of Christians and Kaifeng Jews in the country, and hundreds of millions of Buddhists/Confucianist/Daoists/etc
The vast majority of their people follow some form of religion in reality.

You clearly don't know well about Chinese policy. In China, you can practice your religion in churn but not publicly on the street, and no political motivation. There are plenty of catholics and christians, why don't all of them get arrested for believing in GOD. The law might sound radiculous to you, but I might you that you will find many other things radiculous that have nothing to do with the government.

The Han ethnic group really is a term for convenience. Most Han today are greatly mixed with northern and southern ethnic groups.
The modern 'Han' do rule China in the sense they're the majority identity. Both overall, all 56 ethnic groups in PRC China are equally oppressed.

Recently in the news (a week ago) the state police just arrested hundreds of splinter cell Mormon polygamists.
Aum members are in Japan, but it no longer has the title of a "legal religious entity" and is now bankrupt. Most members have been dispersed or fled to other nations. There has been numerous attempts to ban the ideology

Native Australians are being discriminated against even to this day. Does that mean they deserve at least 1/4 of Australia's territories & become an independent nation?
And there was also news reports several months ago of Aborigenes stock piling weapons and planning to attack the "whites" in retaliation. Is this justified?

Maori sand Aboriginals are 2 vastly different people groups. Maoris came from Hawaiian people group. Aboriginals (if you look at Indian people from bottom of India) they look like similar 2 them.

I highly doubt that. Just because he speaks Mandarin doesn't mean he's "installed by China."
He speaks English too...that doesn't mean he's installed by the UK. And Taiwanese and Singaporeans both have Mandarin as an official language.
He probably just took that language class as an extra-curricular...not some global conspiracy.
