hey always if I want to start the game it says something like:

game settings are missing or out-to-date. Please run Game launcher

but if I RUN the game Launcher (can be found in the directory) and change the settings, the changes aren't saved and the message comes again....

latest Patch release v1.1 fixing Game stability issues/Audio & stability issue with NVIDIA GeForce cards,cut-scenes lags..

if still someone have lags you need to download latest DirectX ( DX11 & D3D ) and latest NET.Frameworker ( check in the official Microsoft website ) and update your Audio/Graphics card..

No, the DirectX 10 from the download link is...bad. DirectX 10 is only for Windows Vista and Windows 7, and I have Windows XP. That´s why this game is running slow.

This game worked fine with Windows Vista for me, on highest settings.

And then find the folder where you install spider man web of shadows.If you done that click the spider man web of shadows folder.And you should see the launcher.I did this only once so I will make a video about this.
