Now we haven't had a superman show... and i mean superman not smallville, for 12... is it 12 years. And there's so much TOO superman, that's why there's so much of it in media. So why the F*** aren't they turning smallville into a superman show. It would work so well. Superman 50's with George Reeve, was a aftermath war series. The movies were in the glam 70's. Superboy/Lois and clark, were in the late 80's early 90's. That explains it all. We need a modern adaptation.

@drwhomasterfan You saw how they didn't show Welling full on in the suit in the final episode. You think he'd wear it on a series? They were barely able to get him to wear the glasses except for once or twice here and there. If you want SMALLVILLE to become a Superman show, you'd have to recast Clark, and then you lose what you were after.

this is superman. this is a much better intro. i'm not happy abt season 10's intro since it's the last, it needs to put in more clark super scenes in there. like the credits roll, "starring tom welling" two iconic superman looks there. the save from apocalypse is iconic superman, the clois jump from crimson...maybe some fight scenes of lex/zod, and clark's punch of the real zod in salvation. i just don't want to c anymore dark stuff on the intro. i want to see superman colors, great vid, 5 of 5.

@Supereyes27 - My guess is, once the series gets closer and closer to the end, the producers will re-edit the credits and possibly change them up for atleast the series finale, so incase we don't see anything of Tom in the suit by then, we will get a glimpse of the future in the last hour, possibly 2 of the show. :)

I think this is a great video, however to update it might I suggest replacing Aaron Ashmore whose character is now dead with Justin Hartley, Allison Mack who will no longer be a series regular in Season 10 with Phil Morris who plays the Martian Man-hunter and Annette O'Toole with Cassidy Freeman?

Yeah, which is a real shame, still it's been a good run. And who knows? If the ratings are good it may come back as a special, maybe another season, or even a movie!! Tom Welling has stated that Smallville's grim fate is not set in stone, it doesn't have to end here!

Didn't know why they had to get rid of Jimmy as it spoils what is otherwise a great video showing Michael mcKean as Perry White and Superman in costume. Time Tom was pulling on the tights and wearing the cape so he can take to the skies. It would also be good to see Christian Bale guest as Bruce Wayne.

Wow. Best Fan Made Metropolis Opening I've seen so far on Youtube. It's interesting you included Annette O'Toole as part of the cast since nobody who makes a Metropolis credits has done that. Also where is the flying shot at 45 seconds to 46 seconds from? I know all the rest are from SR but that one isn't.
