farm bees are weaker species bred to produce lots, they are cross breeding with wild queens and weakening them species, hence we get many stories of wild and farm bees dying out. leave them alone, sugar is not needed by us humans, needed by dentists yes but not in the bigger scheme of things, if you begin bee keeping you are contributing to the weakening of the environment.
all bees see only in ultraviolet light, our cordless technologies are messing with their eyes!
Gee, is someone so strung out and idolized to their cell phone that they're afraid to admit it's contributing to the problem in a major way? Who are you, that I should listen to you? You make it obvious that you don't want to face the idea of giving up your first love, or that you do in fact believe you are contributing to the fall of mankind.
You had my respect until you had to swear at the end. To me that just shows you're insecure on this topic.
GMOs are going to be necessary for our long-term survival. Many of the claims against them (not all) are bullshit. Propaganda by people who wish to demonize technology. GMOs are not the cause of CCD.
@imrational yer right.. its not colony collapse disorder... i said that some gmo's have become so toxic that some butterflies and bees die just a few minutes from having contact with them gmo's
but its what i HEARD,.. idk if its the TRUTH. just making that clear.
@imrational in fact good sir, you are spewing corporate media Propaganda, GMOs are absolutely NOT necessary for our long term survival... this is a ridiculous notion, its proven they dont PRODUCE higher yeilds they are aggressive in nature, thus wiping out actual heirloom plants, these men who created GMOs are trying to play god, and you are a sheep promoting their propaganda, and in fact their are many scientist who would agree with the possibilities of said GMOs causing CCD
@imrational or maybe when they africanized european bees thus creating "killer bees" a genetically modified organism, whos to say they then havent been interbreeding with other subspecies of bees, and cause some unforeseen damage...
New article out by Daniel Favre - "Mobile phone-induced honeybee worker piping." Turns out that it IS cell phones causing sudden colony collapse in honeybees... You can pick up the PDF file of the report over at Scribd.
Nice that they're reopening the whole "cell phone / brain tumor" investigation again, too. Double whammy.
Well it sure is funny that this problem did'nt arise until the U.S Goverment approved the use of Neonicitnoids as a form of Pesticides made by Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto, this started the exact same year the Farmers in this country begain using it,also France banned it quite some years ago, funny thing occured once they stopped using it,The Bee Population Began To Grow Once again,HMMMMMMMMMMM Go Figure!.By The Way Does This "Moron" think we can only live on Wheat,Corn Potatoes,It Think Not!.
Also, radation sickness from electronic pollutions shows symptoms as illnesses & overall fatigue, which could explain why hives becoming sick, and the electronic smog explains why bees are becoming lost and unable to return to there hives... and on a personal note, i have been alive for 27 years, and ive in recent years seen fresh bees lying dead on the floor, like they failed to make it back to the hive before dusk, i never sore it before recent years here in the uk.
Bullsh*t out there... Sorry Pal you sound like a pro communication person, and bullsh*t seems your attempt to confuss the issue. Bees have an advanced navigation system that we as humans most of the time fail to apprechiate, and the mass amounts of electronic pollution flooding the airwaves, which is known to have bad side affects to humans, so whats the affect on little bees. Stop the bullsh*t, end the wifis and the mobile phones in certain places, and setup bee hives, we will see quickly.
Native bees provide insurance against ongoing honey bee losses, which are occurring among hobbyists too.
Overworked and underfed bees suffer, but with over 20,000 species of bees pollinating: We need to preserve native habitat for all native bees, which pollinate other wildflowers and crops.
Plenty of bees pollinate and make honey - not just the European honeybee!
Watch "pollination the movie" on youtube as an ode to all types of pollinators.
i call once or twice a week on my cellphone.....now i m gonna hate cell phone companies even more........they overcharge me and destroy bees which pollinate seeds to help grow crops, fruits and vegetables!
has any body thought about the SUN...? bees can see into the ultraviolet range... maybe the sun is pumping out more uv rays than normal, or maybe our atmosphere is letting in more than they can handle... im no bee-ologist, just tossing it out there for food for thought...
@imrational are they finding dead bees, or are they disappearing, i dont know im new to this subject, but half the people seem to say their dying when others say thier 'disappearing' ...
Both actually. A large number of bees are simply gone, but there are some dead ones left behind. Looking at the spread of CCD, I think the missing bees fly to neighboring hives, spreading the disease.
@survival12345 All frequencies in the UV range are like all of the frequencies in the visible spectrum. So asking if there are more UV rays is like asking if there is more 550 nanometers or more blue wave lengths being pumped out. The spectrum is there all the time it doesn't increase or decrease. We just can't see anything below 400nm or anything above 750nm.
GMO confuses them but that is not the true answer, as they disappear even in Europe in countries where GMO iisn't allowed. Cellphone masts can confuse their swarming, as birds have been confused, some chemicla can be responsible. This total destruction of EVERYTHING natural will finally kill this earth, and greed is at the bottom. Greed and believing in Hybris = oneself and our playing GOd.
If cell phones killed bees, how come there are so many bees and beekeepers in London and many other major cities? And how come they are dying in the countryside? And BTW - Einstein never said any such thing - at least, he never wrote it and nobody recorded him having said it.
If cell phones killed bees, how come there are so many bees and beekeepers in London and many other major cities? And how come they are dying in the countryside?
Something has been pollinating the fruit trees and other plants around the house. They sure look like bees to me. There was a bumper crop of lemons, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit and tomatoes this year. And I can hear something that sounds like a hive in a tree down the street. Its been humming away for 3 years now. I am seeing or hearing things?
I Love Bees! And I'd hate to see them leave forever. I love honey, pollen, propilis, flowers, and everything else our good bees do for us. Watch Earthlings, because I love cows, pigs, chickens, and all animals too and this should not be their fate. To many things are going on and not enough people caring.
I can believe this because cell phones emit microwaves and these transmissions can dirsupt the honey bees navigational system, which is critical to their movements and survival.
If no evidence of bodies (of bees) is being found in the hives, or around them for that matter....what makes you thinkg that they are 'dying' what if bees are hyperdimensional? what if they can move to a higher frequency dimension, because afterall they are very vibreational themselves. I hope you will do some research first before replying to this. Cheers
@mmaghfai - u guys need to open ur eyes and minds and realise that basically in a nutshell when u think that way u r a tool of satan, being used to paint a rosey picture over the rape of nature and total desecration of the planet.
they may well be leaving on purpose, but that is not a good thing. that's like saying - come to Earth, oh hang on it's spiritually corrupt, so all the good people just kill themselves then. so what happens when evil follows u to 4D, 5D, cause u never dealt with it?
As of today, 6/5/10: A study came out by a group of scientists who placed a live cell phone in the hive for 15 min. 2x's/day. And a 'dummy' cell phone in another hive. As part of a controlled test. After 3 mos. time, the live cell phone Hive suffered a "dramatic decline...in it's size". In addition the amount of Necture and Honey were reduced. By the way, the Scientists were from a University in Punjab, India. There's some real smart people in that country as far as I have heard.
Finally! Yeah cell phone probably have nothing to do with bees dying! Look at how long trunking radio systems have been around. The average cell site puts off 10-15 Watts, while an 800MHz trunking system can produce from 100-300 Watts, and a control channel broadcasting 24x7x365, with end users using mobile from 25-110 Watts, and 2-6 Watt portables. Lot more RF comes from trunking radio sites and paging stations, than a cell site.

are the bees dying, or relocating? are there large piles of dead bees being found? i've asked 6 different local beekeepers, and they've all told me the same thing. they haven't found large piles of dead bees. the bees simply leave and don't return. i find this strange, as well as covered up somewhat. maybe it's just different where i live. in any case, click my user name and watch my video for an urban legend that may tell why the bees may be going underground for survival. are we in trouble?
I worked as a Radiofrequency Radiation consultant for years. Actually, the PCS wavelength of 900 MHz to 1 GHz is only about 4-5 centimeters. Anything with a body or a body part of that length, (eg., kidneys) can become resonant at PCS and Cellular frequencies. The Athermal effects of RF are not well understood. With the number of PCS and Cellular towers, I would not completely count out RF as being the cause.
Pardon my skepticism & not meaning to put down your former job, but are you talking about a trained specialist handling things like radar... or are you talking about the woo-career built by poorly done demographic studies falsely showing cancer along powerlines?
As to RF being the cause, then why weren't suburban domestic hives (with greater numbers of cellphone towers) affected first or more? Why does the spread appear more related to a disease vector instead of cell coverage maps?
@imrational Point taken, however time will tell. Unintended consequences usually show up over time in a lot of instances. For example, the big commercial wind turbines are killing our second greatest pollinator, bats, because when the bats fly near the blades, the negative pressure implodes the alveoli in their lungs. I am not a radar tech, but I have provided expert witness testimony in RF overexposre cases and have done Maximum Permissible Exposure studies at over 100 roof & tower sites.
This is bad news. How about Chem trails spewing poison all over the planet?
I'm sure that the cell phone theory is based on some science, not just made up as a wild guess, although I don't know what the theory is. This video is just guessing as well,
You'd guess wrong then. A really flawed/bad study was done that basically stuck a cordless phone base into a beehive and the bees acted differently. There was no control (beehive with non-working phone base). When the guy heard about CCD, he thought that maybe it was phone signals and the story was born.
Scientific evidence goes AGAINST this theory. It much more closely resembles how a disease spreads.
Google up the latest research on this. Cellphones were wrong idea.
I think all the radio waves and other forms of electromagnetic radiation is contributing to the decline of the global livelihood in general. I highly doubt the constant bombardment of such radiation is beneficial to our health. This reminds me of the tattoo on A. Jolie that reads "What we eat, also kills us.".
1. where is your evidence? scientific tests have NOT yielded such findings
2. what about the benefits such tech has given us? instant communications have sped up medical and other advancements. Even if the tech turns out harmful, you have to outweigh the benefits they provide too.
3. water can kill if you drink too much... let's look at how to use these things wisely. So many "environmentalists" are against tech without thinking things thru.
@imrational I never intended to provide evidence when I posted my opinion, it was intended to provide awareness of such a possibility. Sure, science might not have yielded concrete proof, I'm unsure myself because I haven't looked into it personally, but then the world is dictated by commerce and politics. Watch "The World According To Monsanto", and you will understand better what I mean by this. As for benefits, sure I can't deny the advancements, tech has provided, but if my opinion has...
@imrational ...some truth to it, then I find it ironic that such advancements come with a cost to livelihood. Is convenience worth more than one's health? Everyone needs to ask questions like this to themselves, that's what I want to be made aware. Don't misinterpret me, I'm not an advocate against technology, I'm very fascinated with technology. But, my opinion deals with the possibility that some areas of technology may actually be detrimental to one's health. However, I do agree, we need..
@imrational ...think things through cautiously and meticulously, and definitely use resources wisely. Unfortunately, not everyone's opinion holds power. As for your comment about "environmentalists", I think it's fallacious to make such a statement due to its vagueness. Every citizen of this world should be an environmentalist.
I put environmentalists in quotes because I think the term has been hijacked by the fringe element. It seems like most of the time, people calling themselves "environmentalists" have not looked at the issues deep enough and have utterly insane concepts regarding how ecology, biology, chemistry, and the environment all work.
@imrational Isn't it a bit immature to make such an assumption about "environmentalists"? I find it difficult to start labeling and categorizing people into such groups and then start pointing fingers and laying the blame. Nothing is ever so definitive. I think it's fair to say upon this point, that everyone whether you're an "environmentalist" or whatnot should be more aware of and realize how everything is interconnected. Everyone to a certain degree must take responsibility.
I once worked on eliminating turf grass in street medians and replacing it with native grasses and wildflowers to cut down on mowing (saving taxpayer money), reducing emissions, restorying native flora/fauna, etc.
People representing the "environment" threw a fit because they were worried we were going to use a herbicide to kill the turf. We weren't. We were going to use black plastic tarps to suffocate the grass. They protested cause we might harm the earthworms.
Time and again, people who call themselves "environmentalists" have taken up insane stances. Penn & Teller did a skit where they had a person collect signatures at an environmental conference to ban dihydro monoxide. They collected tons of signatures... to ban WATER!
I'm not labeling these people. They've usurped the label themselves and are causing more harm than good.
@imrational I want to be certain at least that you're aware of the distinction between saying a select few and environmentalists as a collective whole. I want to make clear that it's misleading to say a select few represents everyone who falls under a category/label. As for your examples, I understand the absurdness of their behaviour, of course, you will always come across a select exceptions who poorly represent their cause. That's true for any cause, you will always come across neg.extremism.
I am deeply concerned about the environment. One of my personal goals is to help ensure the long-term survival of the human species... and maintaining our environment is a major part of that.
What term would you like to use for those people I describe? Personally, I feel/think that they have usurped the term "environmentalist" while making a mockery of issues.
There is a fellow in Crowley, Louisiana that raises bees. he had a bunber crop this year.
Oh Yea, the Globle Warming story or Fairy tail of Globle Warming is a Ale Gore Joke to get him some research money only. The Polar bears population has rose by 300% since 1981. Ale Gore's Research team all have said Globle warming is not true at all. It is a natural Reoccuring event that happens every 200 years. Ale will not listen. Some parts of Canada has started hunting them again.
this guy tries to be cool by playing the debunker, the level headed, circumspect observer...yet, he proposes a possible cause in the end...well, that's also a stab in the dark which he accuses other theories to be...true, there's a lot of bullshit out there...including this one.
Well, this video was made a long time ago. I suggest you look into the current theories and research. It looks like things like the varrou mite ARE a possible cause (i.e. I was partially on the right track).
dying of bees shows that we are being surrounded by harmful radiation so the bees are sensitive to these radiations so after the bees there is our turn that why they say that all bees will disappear then there will be end of the world not b/c we will have no honey but b/c we will be surrounded by susceptible radiations that will kill human next to bees. the most common source of these radiation are global warming and off course Cell phone........
Fine. Let's make a wager then! We'll get a contract written up and have some cash held by a neutral party. The winner has the loser's cash sent to the charity of their choice.
Well, I love dandelions and hate that people want to eradicate such a beneficial plant. I always wondered if it was from all the insecticide spraying we've been doing to slow down things like West Nile Virus or Birdflu... but that wouldn't account for other countries having the same problem.
The cellphone hypothesis has now been firmly rejected (this video was made a while back). The idea as BS, pure and simple. Try and use a little more critical thinking.
@imrational If Ale Gore can pass off Globle warming as being true when his research team now has told him that Globle warming is a Natural Reoccuring event every 200 years. This Bees scare will be just a push over. Oh yea, the Polar bears population has risen by 300% since 1981 and some parts of Canada has started to hunting them again.
If you can't imagine a Bhopal incident happening in the US think again, it almost did. A fatal explosion occurred on Aug. 28, 2008 in Institute, WV. at the Bayer CropScience Chemical plant. This deadly explosion could have easily eclipsed Bhopal India. Bayer CropScience is the only chemical plant in the World that makes and stores enough MIC daily that can cause this kind of mass holocaust.
Wow. This guy was paid heavily by who, Monsanto? The cell industry? Your ignorance astounds me. No link between physics and ecology? Welcome to earth, please pay a little more attention. If you really love bees, stop working so damn hard to not help their existence. Sad. -A Beekeeper
You didn't list who you were responding to. If me, I am not receiving ANY renumerations for my vids. I've never said that physics is not related to ecology.
The cell phone hypothesis was BS. It didn't make sense and has been proven false.
It looks like CCD is related to a combination of stressors, like the mites I mentioned, viruses, and the practice of beekeepers shuttling their bees around too much, among other things.
Please point out my ignorance. What am I missing? Can you point to any evidence that cellphones are contributing to bee declines? I didn't think so. It was a shoddy hypothesis that was easily proven wrong.
If you want to help bees, find out the real problems facing them instead of nurturing a Frankenstein-Complex
Read the original paper that started this theory. They stuck a cordless phone base station inside a bee hive! No cellphones were used in coming up with that theory. The people who came up with the initial study even refuted the cellphone idea! Wired Magazine, May 29, 2007
Look at how the bees disappear. It does not follow cell tower constructions or usage. It follows more like a disease spread.
Want to naturally dissolve the chemicals that are causing the bees to die? Check out "chemtrails dissolved". Orgone pipes get rid of chmetrails in 5 minutes, 40 mile radius. Aim the pipes at the fields and what happens?!?!
See the power of orgone pipes. Go to the link called "Does Orgonite Eliminate Chemtrails?" While watching the vid try this - quick short stop/starts on the Play button. Do you see the "O waves" or "Sky Waves". The camera catches them. good site is soisnessdotorg.
even if bacteria, virus, parasites were the principal cause... the effect of microwaves is precisely to impair the immune system... back to square one :)
Great video. I hope they find the problem or maybe they have and I just haven't heard yet...I never knew honeybees were important untell they started dying, but i really love honey.
i only love the bee navigation system, but i dont like being stung, bees sting without remorse, like sharks and alligators,so if bees go people go,but thats good, because like everyone with a brain and a soul WE hate ppl
Why looking at cell phones? Its more likely that the million tons of poison we''re using is the reason for CCD. Bees also disappear where no cell phones are.
I myself am being pro-active in my aid for bees. I've got a small foam pellet from my roommates beanbag chair and glued it to a needle, which I have in turn attached to a thimble. Every day I look for downed bees and perform CPR on them. While it hasn't worked yet, my spirits remain high.
Thank goodness the folks in Australia don't have cell phones yet or their bees would be in trouble as well.
When we put things into personal terms rather than sticking to the subject, we actually discredit ourselves instead as legitimate or objective commentators. Things ordinarily have multiple causes and/or contributors. What do you think? Looking for a 'magic bullet', we can shoot ourselves in the head---and think we are seeing light. Ha-ha..
There are levels of causation. What if the EMF from high-power rural cell towers disorient or do real damage to some bees where they collect pollen?
As far as your video, your 'data' does not prove or disprove its hypothesis. Two studies, or was it 3? It adds information, yet does so with a judgmental tone and dismissiveness and high-sounding attitude, which does not add to your credibility or a broader understanding of the issue, yet detracts from the interest of people who are legitimately trying to figure out what is going on.
we need action on important environmental issues based on legitimate inquiry and relevant expert knowledge, science, public input, sharp thinkers, not dollar-linked ideas or scientific babble and hemming and hawing about fine theories and stuff. This is a consequence of breakdown of legitimate government action and regulation, which needs our focus here in the US much more than throwing mega-millions at scientists to do studies that will be ignored, pooh-poohed, 'reinterpreted', and then...
The whole thing is very very messed up. This guy doesn't talk at all about the fact that in most human health disorders and probably bees, there is not just one cause, but multiple contributing factors. "EMF's could be a strong background factor disrupting communications of bees & weakening their immune systems as EMF's do in humans" 'Sure, more research needs to be done', but if action doesn't follow due to industry bought-out politicians, you might as well throw those studies in the trash..
Another example of 'trust technology and wait for the research' but who is doing 'the research' & here in the US the government and its 'regulative agencies' have become industrial offshoots to an amazing degree. Research is an out-of-control industry in some areas, with scientists claiming 'inconclusive evidence' even though the results they found would necessarily create great, revolutionary change in response if there was an objective, publicly-oriented government watchdog organization.
A lot of research has already been conducted on this. The cellphone idea is FALSE. Instead of encouraging "action" onto a failed hypothesis, wouldn't it be better to concentrate on other avenues?
Good video. Two years later and "While the science isnt completely settled, its increasingly pointing to a single-celled parasite, Nosema ceranae, as the prime cause".
Yeah, but anyone else could have said it. There is no record in all of his recorded speeches, letters, appearances of him EVER saying that.
It is far more likely that some "nobody" said it, but wanted it to get notoriety so they tacked Einstein's name onto it. We see that all the time with spam nowadays where people write some political bullcrap and throw on a celebrity's name.
well, youre very rational. but almost to a fault as you are simply reducing the problem to individual causes then debunking it. when in reality, much like global warming, we know this is probably an amalgamation of causes leading to an effect. and to think that we as humans have nothing to do with it is really quite naive.
Whoa! I never said that humans are not involved!!!
I just debunked the cellphone argument. Humans have totally changed earth's environment... possibly to the point where humanity will be unable to survive.
No. That is not a theory. That is a blind guess. Can it be true? No. It can't.
If it were true, we would be able to detect the frequency from the specific satellite. Furthermore, this involves countries in more than one hemisphere so it would require numerous satellites.
And how do you make fun of one of the smartest men in the world. Cellphones are a problem because it interupts the signal bees use mentally in there head to find there home. It's like a map for them.
Man with all the problems we face in our world money is a huge issue. Not until the last drop of pure water has dried up, the last tree that has been cut down, the last drop of oil used up, will we realise money is worthless.
Please read up on "the Tragedy of the Commons". Communal ownership usually results in the destruction of a resource.
The problem with oil is that it is far more efficient and cost effective than anything else we have. We need to find other forms of energy that will work and be profitable. That's one reason why I was happy that gasoline prices skyrocketed. As long as gas costs MONEY, we will have incentives to find other sources.
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues
There are scientists that beleive in cellphones being the problem, and ones that don't. The sames scientists that were payed for saying soemthing like "the ozone doesn't get affected or soemthing like that" are some of the same ones being payed saying there is no such thing as climate change affecting us. I don't really no where im getting at but im trying to say a basic point. That point is we are fucked
Did you even watch the video. It is highly dubious that Einstein ever said that. It is far more likely that some "nobody" said it and threw on Einstein's name so people would take it seriously.
Bees are VERY important, but they are not the "basis for life on this earth". The majority of human crops do not even use bees for pollination.
Money is also not the root of all evil. Money is a concept just like evil is.
the whiteman, the man that has no pigment, the sun's enemy, the enslaver, the destroyer of the earth, the proud man, the colonizer, the devil, the deceiver, the world police....you devils have what's coming to you...don't try to hold yourselves not guilty and say "it was our forefathers"....we will hold you accountable and your judgment is soon coming. its all your fault.
It's everyones fucking fault you dumb fuck. Everyone contributes. White man is only like 8% of the population. It's not "white men". Its arogant assholes in there big fucking corporations
Sounds like you have a cool grandfather. I'd like to be a beekeeper too.
However, it is very unlikely that Einstein ever said that. Also, the other points in my video still stand. There are other insects that can pollinate and eventually fill in the gap should bees disappear. Also, our most important food crops are not bee-pollinated.
That doesn't mean that we shouldn't be concerned though. I think declining bee populations are very concerning.
wow, where'd they find this guy? the tabacco companies? thank you for smoking & using your cell phone! ... if you want to talk about FACTS research asian farmers. they pollinate fruit BY HAND with a feather. miles & miles & miles. without bees, that's our fate. With out fruit & flowers to go around birds & insects all over the globe die wich will lead to bigger animals & other major problems.
There are other insect species that pollinate. If bees die out, those other species would fill their niche. Still, I do love bees and would love to be an amateur bee-keeper.
As to implying that I'm a shill, please... take your conspiracy theories down a notch. I'm just pointing out the flaws in this failed argument. Scientists have now totally discredited this idiotic argument.
The biggest bullshit of your entire blather would be your recommendation to extol our governments to research the problem.
Who the f@^& do you work for?
Monsanto? Next time, before glossing over gmo's, enunciate just exactly what is involved with gmo's. The little fact that Monsanto's genetically modified seed has 10 times the concentrate of Roundup 'modified' into it's seed. So that when what bees are left, hit monsato's flowering crops, they get an intensely elevated dose of Roundup. U sck
No, I do not work for Monsanto. Are you that much of a paranoid schizophrenic that you see a crappy little video on YouTube taking a different opinion than yours and automatically assume that the creator of the video is part of a vast conspiracy?
This is quite a mystery. Bees has existed for quite some time, so long that global warming can't be blamed. Neither can one blame modern pesticides, or earlier even banned pesticides. Are there rather some kind of virus killing the bees? Anyways, if they die out - other species (i.e. like the wasp from once bees evolved) would do their job. A shame though since bees are cozy during the summer.
The reptilian race is working with the spaceship that crashed into the twin towers and there all taking orders from the hamster that shot lincon Jfk and Mlk and leaving chemtrails that kill bees so we all die YOU CAN FIND THIS INFO ANYWHERE! ITS TRUE

Both actually. A large number of bees are simply gone, but there are some dead ones left behind. Looking at the spread of CCD, I think the missing bees fly to neighboring hives, spreading the disease.
imrational 1 year ago
@survival12345 All frequencies in the UV range are like all of the frequencies in the visible spectrum. So asking if there are more UV rays is like asking if there is more 550 nanometers or more blue wave lengths being pumped out. The spectrum is there all the time it doesn't increase or decrease. We just can't see anything below 400nm or anything above 750nm.

Something has been pollinating the fruit trees and other plants around the house. They sure look like bees to me. There was a bumper crop of lemons, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit and tomatoes this year. And I can hear something that sounds like a hive in a tree down the street. If no evidence of bodies (of bees) is being found in the hives, or around them for that matter....what makes you thinkg that they are 'dying' what if bees are hyperdimensional? what if they can move to a higher frequency dimension, because afterall they are very vibreational themselves.

Saxy64 1 year ago
@Saxy64
Why does the spread appear more related to a disease vector instead of cell coverage maps?
imrational 1 year ago
@imrational Point taken, however time will tell. Unintended consequences usually show up over time in a lot of instances. For example, the big commercial wind turbines are killing our second greatest pollinator, bats, because when the bats fly near the blades, the negative pressure implodes the alveoli in their lungs. I am not a radar tech, but I have provided expert witness testimony in RF overexposre cases and have done Maximum Permissible Exposure studies at over 100 roof & tower sites.

iconoclast911 1 year ago
@iconoclast911

Jolie that reads "What we eat, also kills us.".
karma360amrak 1 year ago
@karma360amrak
You're welcome to think that, but
1. where is your evidence? scientific tests have NOT yielded such findings
2. what about the benefits such tech has given us? instant communications have sped up medical and other advancements. Even if the tech turns out harmful, you have to outweigh the benefits they provide too.
3. water can kill if you drink too much... let's look at how to use these things wisely. So many "environmentalists" are against tech without thinking things thru.
imrational 1 year ago
@imrational I never intended to provide evidence when I posted my opinion, it was intended to provide awareness of such a possibility. Sure, science might not have yielded concrete proof, I'm unsure myself because I haven't looked into it personally, but then the world is dictated by commerce and politics. Watch "The World According To Monsanto", and you will understand better what I mean by this. As for benefits, sure I can't deny the advancements, tech has provided, but if my opinion has...
karma360amrak 1 year ago
@imrational ...some truth to it, then I find it ironic that such advancements come with a cost to livelihood. Is convenience worth more than one's health? Everyone needs to ask questions like this to themselves, that's what I want to be made aware. Don't misinterpret me, I'm not an advocate against technology, I'm very fascinated with technology. But, my opinion deals with the possibility that some areas of technology may actually be detrimental to one's health. However, I do agree, we need..
karma360amrak 1 year ago
@imrational ...think things through cautiously and meticulously, and definitely use resources wisely. Unfortunately, not everyone's opinion holds power. As for your comment about "environmentalists", I think it's fallacious to make such a statement due to its vagueness. Every citizen of this world should be an environmentalist.
karma360amrak 1 year ago
@karma360amrak
I put environmentalists in quotes because I think the term has been hijacked by the fringe element. It seems like most of the time, people calling themselves "environmentalists" have not looked at the issues deep enough and have utterly insane concepts regarding how ecology, biology, chemistry, and the environment all work.
imrational 1 year ago
@imrational Isn't it a bit immature to make such an assumption about "environmentalists"? I find it difficult to start labeling and categorizing people into such groups and then start pointing fingers and laying the blame. Nothing is ever so definitive. I think it's fair to say upon this point, that everyone whether you're an "environmentalist" or whatnot should be more aware of and realize how everything is interconnected. Everyone to a certain degree must take responsibility.
karma360amrak 1 year ago
@karma360amrak
They protested cause we might harm the earthworms.
imrational 1 year ago
@karma360amrak con't.
Time and again, people who call themselves "environmentalists" have taken up insane stances. Penn & Teller did a skit where they had a person collect signatures at an environmental conference to ban dihydro monoxide. They collected tons of signatures... to ban WATER!
I'm not labeling these people. They've usurped the label themselves and are causing more harm than good.
imrational 1 year ago
@imrational I want to be certain at least that you're aware of the distinction between saying a select few and environmentalists as a collective whole. I want to make clear that it's misleading to say a select few represents everyone who falls under a category/label. As for your examples, I understand the absurdness of their behaviour, of course, you will always come across a select exceptions who poorly represent their cause. That's true for any cause, you will always come across neg.extremism.
karma360amrak 1 year ago
@karma360amrak
I am deeply concerned about the environment. One of my personal goals is to help ensure the long-term survival of the human species... and maintaining our environment is a major part of that.

You Tube,
Could you relay this reply to Imrational,
imrational
As far as your video, your 'data' does not prove or disprove its hypothesis. Two studies, or was it 3? It adds information, yet does so with a judgmental tone and dismissiveness and high-sounding attitude, which does not add to your credibility or a broader understanding of the issue, yet detracts from the interest of people who are legitimately trying to figure out what is going on.
koyanasquatsi1 2 years ago
we need action on important environmental issues based on legitimate inquiry and relevant expert knowledge, science, public input, sharp thinkers, not dollar-linked ideas or scientific babble and hemming and hawing about fine theories and stuff. This is a consequence of breakdown of legitimate government action and regulation, which needs our focus here in the US much more than throwing mega-millions at scientists to do studies that will be ignored, pooh-poohed, 'reinterpreted', and then...
koyanasquatsi1 2 years ago
The whole thing is very very messed up. This guy doesn't talk at all about the fact that in most human health disorders and probably bees, there is not just one cause, but multiple contributing factors. "EMF's could be a strong background factor disrupting communications of bees & weakening their immune systems as EMF's do in humans" 'Sure, more research needs to be done', but if action doesn't follow due to industry bought-out politicians, you might as well throw those studies in the trash..
koyanasquatsi1 2 years ago
koyanasquatsi1,
Don't put words in my mouth. The cellphone hypothesis was stupid and easily refuted. I wasn't advocating research into areas that don't need it.
As to government action and regulation, you even admit in your post that there is a breakdown there... why put more trust there?
imrational 2 years ago
Another example of 'trust technology and wait for the research' but who is doing 'the research' & here in the US the government and its 'regulative agencies' have become industrial offshoots to an amazing degree. Research is an out-of-control industry in some areas, with scientists claiming 'inconclusive evidence' even though the results they found would necessarily create great, revolutionary change in response if there was an objective, publicly-oriented government watchdog organization.

OK.
I've been thinking.
Bees see ultra violet light.
I have seen a lot of chemtrails that create a rainbow corona effect around the sun and clouds after they spread out.
If those chemtrails are spreading the UV around then? the bees can't see where the sun is and can't navigate home.
Try a UV light source at the hive and leave it on.
It's worth a try.
edgeguy99 2 years ago
Be suspicious of answers without action.
This is another example of "the answer" that amounts to nothing.
Realize, no one is looking into this. We get magic "answers" that deceptively look like solutions.
The bees keep dying.
Millions of us could starve to death.
Are we are supposed to feed them "answers"?
This is clearly spin control to anyone who has experience in these matters.
Feed them "answers" and they will be content.
The bees keep dying and are content with nothing.

well, youre very rational. but almost to a fault as you are simply reducing the problem to individual causes then debunking it. when in reality, much like global warming, we know this is probably an amalgamation of causes leading to an effect. and to think that we as humans have nothing to do with it is really quite naive.
ZacC2012 2 years ago
ZacC2012,
Whoa! I never said that humans are not involved!!!
I just debunked the cellphone argument. Humans have totally changed earth's environment... possibly to the point where humanity will be unable to survive.
imrational 2 years ago
the real reason is satellites transmitting
frequency to kill the bees
in order to pass a law that says the genetically modified food are nessesary for our survival
by achieving this the governments will have
more power on man
the food will be modified to achieve there goals
just a theory
cant it be true ?
maybe
you be the judge
WishingBones 2 years ago 2
WishingBones,
No. That is not a theory. That is a blind guess. Can it be true? No. It can't.
If it were true, we would be able to detect the frequency from the specific satellite. Furthermore, this involves countries in more than one hemisphere so it would require numerous satellites.

i was just throwing a thing that pumped in mind in the second i seen this video :)
didnt really mean it hehehe
if i had to guess i will probably say it got to do with the bees food or some diseases

And how do you make fun of one of the smartest men in the world. Cellphones are a problem because it interupts the signal bees use mentally in there head to find there home. It's like a map for them.
mikesdjftr 2 years ago
mikesdjftr,
No. Cellphones do not do anything to a bees navigation. This is an old video, that hypothesis has been firmly put down.
imrational 2 years ago
Man with all the problems we face in our world money is a huge issue. Not until the last drop of pure water has dried up, the last tree that has been cut down, the last drop of oil used up, will we realise money is worthless.
mikesdjftr 2 years ago
mikesdjftr,
Please read up on "the Tragedy of the Commons".

That point is we are fucked
mikesdjftr 2 years ago
mikesdjftr,
Name two scientists that CURRENTLY believe cellphones are the cause. Just two.

its not the cell phone per se as much as the cell towers which recieve signals from haarp at any rate look at Wilhelm Reich

money is the root of all evil. 4 000 vegetable species have their life assured thanks to pollination by bees.
Let us remember the words of Albert Einstein: No bees, no food for mankind. The bee is the basis of life on this earth .
mikesdjftr 2 years ago
mikesdjftr,
Did you even watch the video.
Money is a concept just like evil is.
imrational 2 years ago
Evil is just a "concept"?

My Grandpa is a bee keeper! :D I also did a project on the disapearence of bees and I believe his quote.
PastelSharpie 2 years ago
PastelSharpie,
Sounds like you have a cool grandfather.
I think declining bee populations are very concerning.

question? what countries did cell phones get biggest in first? i forget... wait, what countries don't have bees now? hmmm..
SiNcerelyBlondE 2 years ago
SiNcerelyBlondE,
Actually, the spread of CCD does not follow cell-phone usage or development at all.
imrational 2 years ago
wow, where'd they find this guy? the tabacco companies? thank you for smoking & using your cell phone! ... if you want to talk about FACTS research asian farmers. they pollinate fruit BY HAND with a feather. miles & miles & miles. without bees, that's our fate. With out fruit & flowers to go around birds & insects all over the globe die wich will lead to bigger animals & other major problems.
SiNcerelyBlondE 2 years ago
SiNcerelyBlondE,
There are other insect species that pollinate.

U sck
pnwoods 2 years ago
pnwoods,
No, I do not work for Monsanto. Are you that much of a paranoid schizophrenic that you see a crappy little video on YouTube taking a different opinion than yours and automatically assume that the creator of the video is part of a vast conspiracy?
I may suck, but you are having delusions.
imrational 2 years ago
This is quite a mystery. Bees has existed for quite some time, so long that global warming can't be blamed. Neither can one blame modern pesticides, or earlier even banned pesticides. Are there rather some kind of virus killing the bees? Anyways, if they die out - other species (i.e. like the wasp from once bees evolved) would do their job. A shame though since bees are cozy during the summer.
