They have not fixed the issue, they were 2010, people are more likely to see the exsisting videos saying how great they are but its important to explain that they allow your foot to hyper extend. No one mentions that in their videos. If you had spent 20 weeks not walking, one year not riding a motorcycle and lost $100,000 in loss of earnings plus received the arrogant reply from Sidi that I did, perhaps you would understand why I posted on every video.
I loved mine until I broke my achilles tendon wearing them.
I my opinion there is a major design flaw with these boots.
Just grab the toe and push it upwards and see how far it will go, there is no locking mechanism to stop these boots from flexing all the way.
I wont be riding off road for 1 year now and I blame these boots and their design. All off road boots need a mechanism for restricting how far up and down your toe can go, these do not have that. yes they are comfortable........
