The library of congress has many private letters in there from and to her children, highly loving. She was a quiet person, even her voice so quiet that it was difficult hearing her, as she spoke more to herself than outwardly... she withdrew because all the liberty she was used to at home had been taken from her, even time with her kids, so she traveled to escape...

C'est pour la prononciation en Français qu'il y a 2 S sinon, en allemand on dirait : Si"z"i. Mais c'est vrai ce que tu dis =)

En las últimas fotos Sissi aparece tapandose la cara con un abanico o con una sombrilla, porque era una mujer que no soportaba envejecer, y no que quería dejarse ver en publico vieja y arrugada, ya que ella de joven había sido una mujer muy bonita que le rendía culto a la belleza y al cuerpo delgado, despues de pasados los 40 años, dejo de retratarse como a los 20 años, para vivir escondida de los que alguna vez la vieron bella y joven

come mai cosi' pochi video sugli absburgo lorena ? erano anche loro fra i protagonisti della belle epoque, comunque e' un video poco originale, un collage di fotografie e senza neanche una spiegazione, certo sissi danzava ma preferiva sicuramente i sirtaki greci.

Very, very beautiful job. I love the "original" photos of Empress Elisabeth (more than most of the paintings) and so I really enoyed watching this!
