Ew that clarinet sound like crap. Really spitty and out of tune. Her embouchure is crap. But in the beginning her fingers aren't right so she could possibly be faking it. I've played clarinet and bass clarinet since 6th grade and I've never played 'Ode To Joy' like THAT.
It's nearly impossible to fake playing the clarinet, even a recording wouldn't sound like that... I should know, since I've been playing a clarinet for 4 years.
