Is anyone else REALLY scared of these things? When i was a kid..I would play this and if I saw a tornado..I would sit there..going (wtf) and if i was on an island, I would wait for hours wishing for it to go away..and as soon as I hit a whirlpool..BAM hit the power button...these things scared the hell outta me...I couldn't beat the game cause of it :P.

the squids and the tornadoes freak the hell out of me. when i ran into my first few i needed to get my bro to kill them while i walked out of the room. :l oh and that island with the fairy. when i was on it. i walked out of it. and it was being circled by a tornado. i stood there for like a half an hour waiting........

Seagulls don't lead people to Big Octos, they always appear when you're approaching/leaving an island. However, groups of seagulls flying around a random area in the Great Sea in somewhat of a circle pattern usually means there's a Big Octo where they're flying.

@zombielord555 thers a chart leading to them i think u get it at one of the triangle island by having a treasure chart from one of the eye reefs u kno lik when u destroy all the bombs in those reefs a treasure chest comes up one of them has the treasure chart that leads u to finding the octo chart
