Friggin' Crows, Magpies too, there a pain in the butt. I had a crow attack my P-40. He made several passes, hitting it twice. So I throttled up and chased him around for a while, seemed only fair. It's amazing how well they can maneuver when chased. After a few prop strike on the tail feathers, trimming them off nicely, he had had enough and flew off. Did the bird damage the controls causing the crash? It sucks your plane got busted up. If only we could have wing guns,,,,,, well, maybe not.
