I've fought in both cage and ring, and the cage is a lot harder to deal with. The ring makes it easier to get away from stuff. A guy can roll under the ropes and get a stand up, but in a cage your stuck and nowhere to run. A cage is a much better ring to fight in.

Paulo Filho is a pride fighter...member of the Brazilian Top Team. Very impressive grappler and submission specialist. I haven't seen to much of his stand up. PossumEater is a little of a sack rider of Pride as much as westerners are of UFC.
