Oldman & Hopkins r great, but I don't LOVE B.S.'s Dracula which offers a film that's borderline porn with a terrible performance by Reeves. But B.S.'s Dracula did well with 3 Academy Awards. It's an interpretation of a story that u like & that's fine but u know nothing about Chinese Vampires. So I'm glad that we spent literal blood sweat & tears making this while our D.P. was in Iraq, our editor died in a Mtn. climbing accident & all the other calamities so people can stop by & say, me'h u suck.
@Dimnexus borderline porn? what kinda porn do you watch hahaha....if you think bram stokers dracula is BS ur on crack...that movie is a classic. it and interview with a vampire are still the best vampire films ever made to date.

@HelmetLawSux Hey Helmet, check out some articles on Chinese Vampires. Chinese Vampires are referred to as a jiang shi and are KNOWN as a "hopping" vampire or zombie. They are created from re-animated corpses in Chinese legend and folklore. So you're right, Chinese vampires are more like zombies. If zombies aren't your thing, then yeah,...maybe you won't like the movie. If you prefer vampires like in Twilight, then,...yeah...this isn't that.
@Dimnexus Im glad to see some one make a film featuring the Jiang Shi, whenever I describe them to poeple at school or work, I get "huhhh" or "whaaat??" then I have to say "think Shang Tsung from mortal kombat, and they go "oh yeah!" Im gonna find this and rent it as it looks pretty aswome. its nice to see vampires(from places other than Europe) as bad asses again...
