no...taipe is the best national city in ROC.on that time ,taipei have no good view ...more people more house ,more human building.....the time in th song ...NaN tuen,..is in the taichung city..now 2010,this local is the best expensive house block in centeral taiwan........THE ANSWER IS "NEW TAICHUNG CITY GOVERMENT" LAND

當時聴她唱這首歌時我才小學六年級,費了很大的勁,利用看電視的­機會,快速地記歌詞,學會這首歌,還教許多同學唱,如今我的女兒­都已上國二了,時光飛逝!
