Corker's trying hard not to appear to be talking down to the interviewer.He's used to instructing his audiences as to what needs to be done by almighty congress. After pushing the TARP he is now on top of the housing problem w/ ideas that will never be acted on in this senate. Like old John Tanner before him he's learned to propose so called compromise bills in order to show himself a productive civilservant.
