  • She is the ultimate. love her so much!

  • I loved the part when they're imitating Jeanette and Nels - so GOOD!! I love that Judy ..

  • LOL! The look on her face @3:34 is priceless.

  • I love Don's imitation of Durante

  • @OTRNut

Don does a nice little imitation of Durante in 1950's 'The Milkman', whilst singing with Durante. They are cute together.

This clip is interesting... 1963, it is?

  • The audience found Judy's note at 3:33 a scream and so did I. She always had a "thing" about Jeannette MacDonald but I'm not sure in 1963 the audience got the joke about Nelson Eddy and Jeannette trying to steal scenes from each other. Judy & Donald knew each other as tots, even before movies. The Be My Guest segments were supposed to show Judy's humorous side; sometimes it worked, sometimes not. The O'Connor show was broadcast 1st ; reviews for Judy were excellent, for the show, mixed.

  • These clips with her guests on Judy's shows were hit and miss. I never understood the appeal of O'Connor (but, hey, horses for courses), and I think Judy's talent is so wasted here. Whilst thankful for the gems we do have available on video of Judy just singing, it is a shame CBS hadn't the artistic awareness of Judy's strength as a vocalist, to have just let her sing on the JG Show.

  • thank u sooo much 4 posting this! :D
