The Sanchin kata is derived from the Wuzu Quan set, "three battles" or san zhan. There are a bunch of youtube videos of this set.

hi! no, as fa as know, they do not practice "night tiger emerges from the forest". anyway, similar concept - "short bridges, narrow stances" of Old Hung Kyun
