Used to be a great neighborhood 60's 70's and into the early '80's. Then THE ELEMENT moves in and destroys a once thriving neighborhood. Ashkenaz Restaurant, gone, Jewel even moved out. Charles Variety, MaryAnn's Beauty Shop. K-Mars Restaurant. The list is endless. Maybe the whites should take over Englewood, and show 'em how a neighborhood should be run and not over run. A** H***s. Have to ruin everywhere you move to.
wow poor people living messy, who would have thunk it? this shit goes on in all poor communities in every town in the world. whats the point in filming.
this guy should move to the burbs, or does it make him feel better about his pathetic life by filming the harsh realities of poor urban neighborhoods.
OMGGGG a tree is gone. dude is a lame. this area isnt that bad. i hustled around their for a while when i was a shawty, and its not bad. jb albertos pizza, leonas, giodanos, loyola university, loyola park, the park on pratt, multiple bball courts around the area, morseland cafe, that new restaurant/club next to jb albertos is looking pretty cool.
i remember i use to dine in the restaurant with my family when i was a kid by morse. it looks pretty bad. the chicago police doesn't have a enough police power or man power. thats the problem.
I lived right up there by Morseland restaurant..i t kinda miss it cuz there is always something interesting going on lol..yo but i hate it there by Morse and Ashland and Morse and Wayne...Niggaz always be thinking Im a King over there..Im hispanic and Both Black and Hispanic niggaz be checkin me..and they robbed my brother at gun point coming out the train..yup good ol rogers park
i really like living in rogers park, very diverse.. it has been getting better. the rents are going up and condos are popping up everywhere driving the low-life crap out. in another few years clark street from devon to howard will be another andersonville, with kitchy boutiques and others moving in. can't believe how fast it's changing already.
good luck, sllabnkcoc. It is possible for any rough area of any city to get better. I was told years and years ago. the area around Wrigleyfield was rough too. Look at it now. Much better.
lol its nuthin but mexicans ova their now..they moved us black folks behind morse..ol faggot ass police..im glad that cop got shot in his fukkin neck ova there a few years ago
I lived there 10 years ago. im sooo happy i moved to az. i lived in the apartments straight ahead u can see it at the end of the video. i hate it there

I lived on Morse and Lakewood for years, yeah it was poor and depressed and dirty, but also cheap, ungentrified and fun.
How is this different than Roger's Park has ever been? If you don't like it move out. Blaming Joe Moore for the problems is idiotic.
Is the Poolgoogi house still there? I loved that place!

Who is "they" that moved you behind Morse.
No one deserves to get shot in the neck either.
