@Mudddrider108 Some of the assembly operations are being consolidated & production reorganized to reduce transportation costs between plants. We have been busy the first part of this year with the last couple of weeks a bit slower. We have a new inventory system (lean manufacturing) being implemented to reduce stock levels. Seems the bank doesn't like it's money sitting around in stock :-). Us guys on the shop floor really notice every little bump in production now :-).
"max. tracktive effort" refers to gear ratio, which in a hydro static drive is infinitely variable. So in other words you always have the correct gear ratio. Once all the hose are primed with hydraulic oil, in the factory of after maintenance, the wheels will turn when sufficient hydraulic pressure is applied and stop when hydraulic pressure ends.
Don't believe me ask Dave to watch the video & tell you what he thinks. (I assume you found this video from davidsfarm video I post as a response to
On another note I too am a fan of Davidsfarm. Wouldn't it be cool if we could get one of these machines on his farm & drive up sky hill through the pond & use the grapple to haul cars around with.
i helped build this machine

hydraststic still doesnt provide max tractive effort at "all" engine speed.you still need to rev up to get all the fluid to the wheels.
