I also has a friend who is designing a wine drinking glove which stops any heat or lack of heat from affecting the temperature of the glass, so if i wore one of these, would that be ok. @mrsbarrybadass12 Personally i think people hold the glass in away to look posh. I have seen it so many times before. Its the Middle class and below trying to be upper class. I spend on average between £85 upto £570 for a bottle of wine.

When swirling, you tilt the glass at a 8.97 degree angle. It really annoys me when people do it at the incorrect angle. My friend Nerys's glove will work. It works on a basis of not affecting ions and electrons.

What is he talking about? It TOTALLY matters how you hold the glass! For taste difference, at least.

With reds, you wanna keep them warm/room temp, so you have to hold it underneath with your entire palm to keep the glass from making the wine too cold.

On the other hand, with chilled white wines, you have to hold it by the stem or the very top of the glass so you don't warm up the intentionally colder wine.
