Oh, wow. It looks like if you turned the key too hard the whole dashboard would just crumble to dust. And let's not even think about speed bumps. If you want to make a car that works good, design the form around the function. Nobody cares how awesome it looks if the thing is built out of foam rubber. That's like having a really sweet looking giant sword made of ply wood, or a really delicious looking piece of fruit that's made of plastic.

I like it except for the Grill design and the Paint Looks cheap. The Flow and lines of the Car i think are nice, but they could have used almost any body style to achieve this. No mercedes needed.

EXPANDING FOAM!!! I never thought of that. Ive always used hard foam like for surfboards and carved away at it. With the expanding plumbers foam you have a whole lot more flexibility for various contours. The guy is just a few pickles shy of a genius. Bravo!
