@killerofkillers The building has some special air conditioning system worth crazy money. It is not your normal air conditioning like we all know. In fact, everything in One Hyde Park is "special"...bullet proof glass, UV cleaned water for pools, lamps and furniture uniquely designed for One Hyde Park, panic rooms, extremely rare marbles...hell even the concrete is supposed to be special...
not worth the price....but still, undeniably unique.
Samsung TV ffs I expected to see a B&O or Leowe at the very least.

Seriously? I have that SAME Samsung TV in my bedroom. AND I have...wait for it...AIR CONDITIONING!!! I've even got TWO bedrooms!
I am not paying 221 million dollars.
This is a nice apartment. Seriously. But it is not worth a quarter billion dollars. Not even close.
