@baseballstrength I agree with you that speed is a key component for power, but when you are performing more traditional types of weight lifting exercises like these variations of the deadlift, you want to make sure that you are maintaining proper technique. Your form for the romanian deadlift in the video was solid, but I wonder if you would be able to maintain that speed with proper form if you increased the weight. Just some room for thought. Overall a great video. Keep up the good work!

remember that speed is a component of power so if you are looking to develop power you must move rapidly.
