Firstly this SHORT video di dnot even get her entire speech which I actually herd because I was there... She was basically talking about the importance of saving the general assistance program because of the impact it would have on the low income and disable people in her ward which is about 60% hennipen county clients...Obviously this was put out here to try and make her look incompentant which is clearly not the case based on her line of work and skills... not a good look for who posted this
