It has not been officially announced that this was the series finale of Scrubs since they are in talks to renew it for one more year, however JD and Carla will not return since they said this was their last season.

Bill Lawrence said if the show does continue, they will change direction and call it something else.

Anywho, this was a pretty sweet ending and it was nice to see a lot of those returning guests like Lonnie, Debbie (aka Slagathor), & Hooch.

i cried too. i saw the episode and it was amazing. we found out so much stuff. the janitors name (which i wont say) and how Dr.Cox REALLY feals about J.D.

me too. I don't think they shouda used this as a preview though, because this was one of the best parts. The part that really got me though was the movie reel for JD's future. After watching the show for so long, I think it is the best ending possible.
