Hi Joe, Great work! Keep it up bro! I recently downloaded some muzzle flashes that came in the form of a win rar zip file. When I try to open them on my Edit pro 14 plus they do not come up! any ideas bro?

Have you extracted the files from the zip package? Also if it is from detonation films then it is a .mov file and if you do not have the quicktime upgrade on your copy of MEP then it wont work. Get a video conversion program and change it to .wmv format and it will work in MEP.

hey joe im having a problem i just bought magix pro14 and when i try to upload a video file from my camcorder which i also just bought samsung mx20 the program tells me it cant open the file can ya help???

You probably have to activate the proper codec so MEP will work with it. Click on help and then look for the activate features option. I had to activate the mpeg codec before it would work with my files from my camera also. Hope this helps M0ika9.

ok so i tried to activate the codec and it asked me to enter an e mail address and password so when i did it it told me that the e mail was already being used i dont get it its my e mail what do you think im doing wrong ?

You have to register with magix online and then try to activate the proper codec. Someone has already used the email address you tried to use.
