@sweetgulam Wa aleykum assalam wa rahmatullah. Drawing living images is prohibited in Islam, however, the making of cartoon for children is allowed as long as it has an educational purpose. This is on the basis of the hadith where Aysha (r.a) was playing with dolls and our prophet (s.a.w) allowed her to do so (because she was a child at that time).
