I'm a huge SUB MARINER-AQUAMAN fan so look forward to this. I see it is from IMAGE who did another aquatic hero....SHARKMAN! I wonder what happened to him? Thanks for the review
This week at the comic shop I saw an issue of Sharkman on the new release wall.Ive been curius about him in the past and I should have looked into him more seeing the issues on the wall What is he about I might have to check it out. Loving Marineman so far I would of had a review up for issue 3 last week but after I made my order it got sold out and they tell me it should be back in next week so I'll have that review up hopefully next week. Thanks for watching I appreciate it
just bought the first issue after seeing it at my local comic shop and I agree with you, not much going on but a lot of set up, wordier than I expected but looks like a real labor of love of Churchills'. The price tag was a little steep at $3.99 but the art was very nice, reminded me a lot of Weiringos work on "Tellos". I am an artist/creator too ,am working on getting my book out "KUDU MAN" by this summer-hopefully you'll find time to review it. :)
The second one is much better in actually showing something going on by the looks of the cover on the third things should be getting into full swing by then. Your book sounds cool you can always send me anything my way and I'll throw a shout about it ;)
@ComiCCloseup yeah was initially attracted to it because it does have similarities to my book and character except my boy is primarily a "Landlubber" but as far as social awareness of the Earth and it's creatures -very similar...my book will have a decidedly darker tone to it though. Once its ready for print I'll be happy to send you a copy so that ypu can check it out. thanks again :)
I know how that is, I'm constantly trimming my list and once I get it all sorted out I see all the new stuff and have to re configure it all over again.. :( This week Radical will be sending me their books to review each month so that's pretty cool
ha ha the start of the video was really funny man :)
i bought issue one but haven't read it ha ha i think im just going to give it too my friend who is into that type of think im not that interested in the ocean ha ha but i actually might read it before i do now
