fun toy. But no point in attempting to measure "output voltage" with out a matched impedance load. Output should be measured in Watts (power), which is volts x amperes. And since alternating, expressed as rms values, same for the input waveform.

There is no way one will get more power out than was put in, violates laws of thermodynamics.

have you tried running 2 disks off the same coil but up to the other side of the coil reverse the magnet polarity

Hi! Youtube is banned from viewing directly here for some reason. But my guess is that it is the Schumann Resonance set at 7.83 frequency to cause a magnet to spin but on earth if this happens the resistance in the earths mantle will generate heat of the magnetic core, causing earth to spin. Interestingly as we approach 2012, earths orbit will change and schumman's resonance once be in the ideal frequency. It can be applied to magnetic wheel motor to the desired 7.8 to spin for free energy.
