In Brazil there are a tribe of people like this, they DO have a contract though, no one can cut down their trees, and when people try, they kill them with clubs... They're crazy motha fuckas, and that scares everyone, so that keeps loggers away from them and scared. Maybe that's what these guys need to do, headhunters =)

The sarawak government is the mastermind of this harsh deforestation. The timber logging company pay a sum of commission to the state minister to shut their mouth so this issue will be solve quietly.

The so called company is actually the sarawak government who is using someone else to make this timber logging happen. Just to make sure they dont caught in the act of power abusing.

imo, the Penans are not Dayaks...Dayaks are only consist of two ethic races...the Ibans (Sea-Dayak) and Bidayuh (Land-Dayak)...Penans, Punans, Kayans, Kenyahs, Muruts, Kelabits are all Urang Ulu for migration of Dayaks from deep Kalimantan back in the day had displaced these people into deep Borneo Jungle due to the headhunting practices...hence the name Urang Ulu..totally different cultures and definitely different languages

lets not be racist.Let us united and be strong to protect our land ,culture and traditions.We are all sarawakians indigenous ppls.We would not want to be call australasian or other tribes.
