turk feels like hes been sort of exploited to promote the hospital, because hes black and kelso decides that by showing that sacred heart employs black doctor thats its an equal place.

which sounds all well and good, but i think earlier on in this episode, theres a series of posters which only show turk and are really stereotypical in the language used.
