I like your extended arms. It has inspired me to make my next copter with extended arms. Plus I think I will make circle of carbon fibre strips, around the arm extensions, to completely protect the props.
@simonstuartmurray It can literally bounce off walls, especially with the two foam balls in the front. You could go with the landing strips, but I was thinking of adding the rods from a setting of heli training gear. One caveat with the extended arms is that I'm using round tubes, they are lower in air resistance to reduce any loss in lift.

@MikeysRC Yep, it's like training wheels for multi-rotors. It literally bounces of walls. Great for indoor flying.
