This song is so not anti-drug listen to the damn song. It is a divide between the guy who gives you the drugs and the guy who gives them to your guy. It's about the guy who makes the shit available. This song is for all of you narrow minded people out there who believe in fairy tails. Drugs exist and people do them for what ever reason. @dirtyratmiller not true. That was the true distinction. That's why he was called a "pusher" because he PUSHED while a Dealer only dealt after you asked. That was the idea and the reality of the time. That's where the terms came from. The "pusher" was into it for the money alone, whereas the dealer was generally one of the group who was partying with the group and getting and giving only what someone requested. That is the way people viewed the divide. What you say was what pushers said.

drugs was thought as vitamins, if you will.
