ya getting a medal is good but when you are picked to win by as much as he was and you don't win i say its losing.. and when i throw discus i always go by the rule "if you aint first your last"... but ya i hope he kicks ass next time to he is my favorite thrower

he did not lost ,he won a bronze medal , a medal is a medal , well , yeah ... he -lost- because he had too much competitions before the berlin , he won all 28 competitions before , and when he came to berlin he did not have soo much power anymore , but I hope soo that next year he will win :)

That and Harting had the best throw of his life, so it was also a little bad luck for Kanter.

I still think Kanter is better than Harting and Malachowzky though.
