  • I have been taking a B complex regularly. A few days ago, a friend told me that the typical B-complex you can find at the grocery is actually full of things that are toxic to the body (like formaldehyde!). She mentioned that what I really want is the active forms of B vitamins. Can you shed any light on this? And where can I purchase this "active" B? Thank you!!

  • @FoodOrFail I've been taking an isotonic form of Activated B-complex. It has an absorption rate of 80-95%. It's been working awesome!!

  • Oh hello! Have you thought about anxiety zero technique (I think its at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister pretty much cured anxiety with it.

  • Wow well said.. sometimes I feel that my muscle tension is not relaxed for the past two months and i do think that my magnesium is low due to the absorption of fat. I am heading to the grocery store right now and get some almond and spinach. I know i will feel better over time. Thanks continue spreading the knowledge.

  • fear and/or anger? this works for me totally getting rid of fear/anger. Earth stones. Don't believe me. Try it. Really works. Get a Carnelian stone. Carnelian sucks the negativity and just dissolves it, especially fear and anger. Like I said, don't believe me. Get just a small Carnelian stone. very cheap. Hold it in one hand for 10 minutes.     I posted a comment on this about what really works for getting rid of anger and fear. Believe it or not the Carnelian stone just sucks out negativity, especially anger and fear, and just dissolves it. A very small Carnelian will do. Hold it in your hand for 10 minutes. If you don't feel it's working on the issue, switch hands. Great meditation just watching all the negativity dissolve. Don't believe me. Try it yourself.     Where can I get a list of these ideal values?

    Where could I compare online the values that I will be getting from my blood samples?

  • If you take too much of anything, it can become toxic; including water.

    Death by vitamin poisoning is virtually non-existent.

    Water soluble vitamins, such as the B group and vitamin C cannot be stored by the body to any great extent, so if you take in more than your body needs, they are simply excreted. However, the fat soluble vitamins A and D can accumulate in the body, but pose no danger to your health if consumed within the safe upper limits indicated for them.

    Ideally, you want to nutrient rich diet.

    Supplements are better than not getting the vitamins and minerals at all.

    Whole food vitamins are better than synthetic ones. Certain vitamins & minerals are need in combinations to absorb. Fruits and vegetables already have those combinations built into them.

    Natalie has some recommended supplements on her website.

  • Great video Natalie. I'd like to suggest a video about the vegetarian diet as the being the most healthy diet. I recently became vegetarian for multipe reasons, but one of them was the claim that vegetarians are healthier than meat eaters. I'd love to know your opinion about it.

  • One wonders why Psychiatrists, Drug companies and medicos in general seem to act as if this information does not exist or is somehow not pertinent? Could it be that they have a less than altruistic attitude towards us? Naw they are "Doctors" and doctors know all about the mind, right and they have our best intersts at heart right? or do they not?

  • I would say most doctors have good intentions toward you. However, the AMA which is funded and controlled by the drug companies, and the drug companies themselves just want to make money off of you. So the doctors end up getting indoctrinated with a lot of information that is designed to keep the money flowing from you to the medical system.
