@bignacholocs Actually, it'd be less than 99.9%, seeing as the whole world does not view American football. Oh, and learn to spell "retarded" right if you're going to insult someone's intelligence. If you don't spellcheck, you look like an ass.
Um if you look at the first 5 seconds its jerry rice running into the endzone in street clothes. Cause this is a retirement ceremony for him Idk if its for his jersey or what. But for all you calling this a fake vid or there is no catch. Pay the fuck attention. This is not from actual game this is halftime and the poster stated that. Just thought I would defend the poster since some of you are not even watching the video before you post.
@ATACXGYM Agreed sir. What makes that even more impressive is he didn't have world class sprinter speed, he didn't have great leaping ability he was the hardest worker ever and hard work produces results. Jerry personifies greatness.
@G1T3O 100% agreement, sir! His work ethic, his drive, his total, complete, unshakeably focused resolve to be as absolutely great as he can be is a transcendantly inspiring example for all human beings everywhere in any walk of life. He's not just great at football,he has a relentless focus and drive that makes him great, period.
you stupid fucks! if you knew what this tittle means "jerry rice's final TD catch" if your not a 49ERS fan that means with the 49ERS! you should all know that! use common sense you fucks! you don't have to put "SF" to know that
dude...seriously? ur ganna post a name so people will view it? thats gay. plus rice played with the seahawks, signed with the broncos then retired in the broncos offseason
you don't have to win a superbowl to be the best. he is in the hall of fame and not because he didn't win a super bowl and he was alos the first team to go undefeated int he regular season
and im supposed to know something for a team im not even a fan of . im just trying to prove a point, you don't need to win a superbowl to be in the hall of fame. honestly i think reed should be going to hall of fam e and i think rice isnt in it yet but he will get there
is this his first chance and andre reed has a chance maybe in the futuire and that one guy on the vikings way back when he recovered a fumble and turned it the other way for a safety. if that ruins his chances for HOF than that is ridiculas
@Mortizism considering i am not a huge football fan mostly soccer and baseball and i follow the patriots which isn't even in the same division. i know jim brown and walter payton are one of the greatest to play even though sweetness played on a bad team
@farrell915 Yeah they weren't great, a few playoff appearances, usually to be knocked off in the first round, but they weren't really a bad team, the Detroit Lions are a bad team.
@farrell915 Absolutely when you're talking greatest running backs you gotta throw Barry's name out there, easily the most elusive back in history, but even then the Lions still never amounted to much more than a playoff appearance. They were so bad he retired before he was close to finished with his career because he knew they were never gonna get it done. They've just been mediocre since.
@farrell915 Too true but he didn't wanna play just for the records, he lost the love for the game and got tired of having to carry his team. It's a shame.
@Mortizism yea if he is not in the hof yet it will be a long shot becasue he played for not hat long and i don't think jim brown did either. but i think he was drafted
@farrell915 Yeah Barry played for 10 seasons, Brown for only 8 but they both made the HoF easy, Brown in 1971 and Barry in 04, both first rounders. Gail Sayers is another great one, he played only 5 seasons and made the HoF, had to retire due to a knee injury.
@Mortizism there r greats thats only played for a few years. like the qb on bengals carson aplmer had some really bad surgery and if he cam back last year he could of made it worse and retire early. i think he has a high chance of making it there
@farrell915 He's decent, never the same since the surgery. He was something special before that, but of course he does play for the Bengals .. they are going nowhere fast. Maybe if he goes to another team he'd have a chance .. bengals just seem to find ways to lose.
I was at this game. Jerry rode around the entire perimeter of the field with Bill Walsh in a convertable. It was so good to see him and Steve reconnect one more time. It just sucked that Joe Montana wasn't there.
Tim Brown.... that's like saying Lebraun doing a whole month of triple doubles is as good as Oscar Robertson doing triple doubles every SEASON for 4 years.
No comparison, and no way anyone has been as good as JR - YET
Sorry Oak14nd, but its kinda disrespectful to watch a Jerry Rice retirement ceremony and talk about Tim Brown, who I don't think is as widely known. Just throwing that out there...
retarded steve young wtf? more like the great joe fuckin montana brought that team t o4 fuckin superbowls MVP 3 fuckin times hes greater than fuckin jerry rice
jerry was the best reciever of all time(good god NOT chris carter)- but as for the best all around player its gotta be bo jackson. and yeah... this video is pointless then
barry sanders is better than walter payton anyday look at the crap team he had and how many yards he got in just a few season he would have easily passed by wp and emmit would be at 2 instead of 1
If Sanders had the line that Emmit had all records would be his and not even accessible. your reasons are exactly mine he had one of the worst teams and through him they make it to the playoffs. 1 more season and Walter Payton's record would've been broken and he would've done it in less seasons than him. jerry rice is the greatest player ever to grace an NFL football field, hands down. His 197 touchdowns will not be beaten, and he will deservedly take his place in the hall of fame on the FIRST ballot!
Great career Jerry! We love you and thank you for helping to make the 49ers the ONLY NFL team to go to the Superbowl 5 times and win every single time!
i love jerry rice and im a saints fan and at the time 49ers and saints were a big rival jerry rice # 1 baby joe montana two also as far as rbs go gale sayers was the best and walter payton is 2nd mainly cuz if gale didnt get injured as much as he did he could have been the best rb statictically

Let me tell you something, chump. Jerry Rice's legacy is beyond anything that could possibly tarnish it.
He didn't ruin his legacy. A 40 year old man got to the finals in Dancing with the Stars. And what gay stunt are you talking about? At least he ain't no Randy Moss or Terrell Owens.
A fitting tribute to the all-time touchdown leader. They don't make 'em quite like Flash #80 any more, although LT, Randy Moss and Starvin' Marvin have been touchdown machines when they've had the teams to help them.
You cant beat Jerry Rice & Jim Brown. Have you seen highlight reals of these guys during the prime of their carrers? I put Brady up there cause up until his knee injury he's on pace to be in the hall of fame. Steve Young is up there because he was one of the most mobile & accurate QBs at the time. As for which manning im talking about Peyton. Eli isnt up in that catagory yet.
.. i dont agree with marino.. thats only reason he was out there.. he was selfish.. he just wanted records.. he didn't care for winning.. once he did a certain number of yards.. he stopped.
ya i was gunna say this isn't his last TD. as a niner maybe but he went on to other teams and scored a lot more TD's. Jerry Rice truly is the greatest reicever of all time, and can even be named with the greatest players of all time.
Rice's last TD happened when he was a Seahawk against the Jets. Sorry. You should have named the video " Rice's last 49er TD." However, he will always be remember as a Niner.
Jerry Rice IS the best WR to ever play in the NFL...and even though he played for my team for a bit(broncos) I always said he looks best when wearing a 49ers jersey.
this was not his final touchdown. his last touchdown was with the seattle seahawks in 2004. he played for them for 1 year, then was with the broncos scout team for a year, then retired on a one year contract scout player in san francisico
The Raiders shouldve kept Moss for at least another year. Him and JaMarcus would have been a sick ass combo. He just wanted to be on a winning team though, and I cant blame his greedy ass for that
When I think "Jerry Rice"....I think Seattle Seahawks....

.. i dont agree with marino.. thats only reason he was out there.. he was selfish.. he just wanted records.. he didn't care for winning.. once he did a certain number of yards.. he stopped.

ya i was gunna say this isn't his last TD. as a niner maybe but he went on to other teams and scored a lot more TD's.

I was at this game... and it's Jerry Rice, enough said
andrewalexd 3 years ago
this was not his final touchdown. his last touchdown was with the seattle seahawks in 2004. he played for them for 1 year, then was with the broncos scout team for a year, then retired on a one year contract scout player in san francisico

And who seriously remembers rice as a Seahawk? or even a Raider.
Jerry Rice to me and to the rest of the 49er fans will always be a 49er.

The Raiders shouldve kept Moss for at least another year. Him and JaMarcus would have been a sick ass combo. He just wanted to be on a winning team though, and I cant blame his greedy ass for that
bbnumber12allday 3 years ago
ya and look what happens when greed kicks in the Gaytriots go 18-1, he should have stayed on the Raids greedy bastard
BIGZ31 3 years ago
Now hold up now, Moss did it in 16 games, Jerry did it in 12. Now that is spectacular, averaging almost 2 TD's a game in 12 GAMES!

rice is amazing. Moss is great, but Rice is much much better. and Moss is an assh*le anyway. to bad that Moss stole one of his records.
