Just like a consevative - disregard what they were saying and say ugly things about them anyway. Since "war is not the answer" is so ridiculous to you - would you say that "war is the only answer"?
War sometimes brings nothing but more war sky. War brought peace in ww1 and ww2 but has failed in Korea, Vietnam, Israel, Iraq .... and others. War has done absolutely nothing for the middle east has it? War hasn't done much for central America either has it?
Korea and VN are example of wars not to go into in the first place. Both places we were fighting China. If you wanted a war we should have attacked them not try and influence a civilization. Korea and Vietnam are prime examples of what happens when the good guys lose at war.
War has removed a vicious dictator from Iraq. War has allowed one of the world's oldest civilization to become the world's youngest democracy.
As long as we have groups like Veteran's for Peace funding instability in central america then there will be no peace in CA.
