Minotia is the younger brother of Tapion who appears in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon.Minotia assisted Tapion in trying to stop the monster Hirudegarn from destroying their race on Planet Konats. Tapion and Minotia used their special ocarinas to hold Hirudegarn at bay.

Just to clarify it all to you guys:

Yes 'Ocarina of Time' came after 'Wrath of the Dragon', but 'Ocarina of Time' has been in developement before a short time before that. And even so, Link had an Ocarina a few games earlier. Its just, that 'Ocarina of Time' made it so big.

But yeah, I think the whole Link-Tapion thing is just a big coincidence.
