That's meant to be "Hyper Hyper". This is the result of a modding session years ago when I exchanged lots of stuff with more stupid things in the game, e.g. using Hyper Hyper for the sirens of fire department (middle of video) and police (end of video). I cannot make this public for legal reasons, sorry :(

After this there was GTA 2, then GTA 1 London Edition (all these on PS1) GTA 3 (PS2), GTA Advance (GBA), GTA Vice City (PS2/xbox), GTA San Andreas (ps2/xbox), GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories (PSP), and just resently GTA 4 (PS3, Xbox 360). Damn I didnt know there was anyone that didnt know that.
