i didnt find them all, but i kind of glitched to get it :) just crouch down in 3rd person and keep looking around where the computer is, you'll get a prompt saying "activate power switch" and the you just press it. i did it on xbox :)

You find the fatman at the National Guard Depot.

The pistol was the alien blaster. So far I think there is only one in the game besides the random mini encounter. Search on google for Recon Craft Theta.

He was fighting Fawkes. Fawkes is one of the two super mutants in the game and can become a follower.

What leval is he on? There are no levels in fallout 3. It's an RPG. Idk what level he is.

And I DON'T know where he is. Does it matter?

You get it during the main quest if you have at least good karma. You can get him later also.

Computers are hacked by selecting a word and then the computer tells you how many letter are in the right place. And by that you select another word until you get it correct. remember to quit after 3 tries or you wont be able to hack the comp anymore.
