No. Vegeta is supposed to be extremely arrogant. The dub kind of screwed his character up with this voice. Yes its "SO RANDUM LOL xD xD OVER 9000 HURRR" but the original Japanese Vegeta sounded much more evil yet classy. Funi dub Vegeta sounds like a whiny chain smoker on roids. In the original Japanese version Akira Toriyama had Vegeta sound calm, intelligent, and smug. Not hating on Sabat but he doesn't compare to the original most famous Vegeta from the original jap version.
