I Love this video. It is breathtakingly beautiful. The effect of the setting combined with the synchronicity between the music and the movements, change what could have been simply a highly inspirational video in my eyes, into a deeply effectual encounter with an emanation of one of the forms of the Spirit of Balance and Flow.

Thanks for posting!! I've been playing more with my minis since HP Retreat, and puzzling over how to transition from them being on either side of me to being in front of me, but I think this video actually helped me figure that out. :)
