I was lucky enough to see The talented Small Fakers at the Reading Concert hall, and can honestly say that they were mega. Me and my mate who are well in to the era, took along 3 of our mates, who aren't really in to the vibe, and even they came away saying how much they enjoyed it, 'nuff said.
Saw the Small faces live at the Tottenham Royal when I was about 17. They were brilliant.This group are a very good tribute to the SF. Its the first time I have heard them. Good job fella's.

Saw this guys at the Qube Isle of Wight lastnight and have to say they are fuckin amazing. Absolutely top notch in every respect, Steve Marriott would have been proud of them for sure. I cannot find any criticism with their act, they carry off the persona of the Small Faces 100%. I think a good indication of a tribute band's authenticity is when you turn away, dont look and listen. I think you would be hard pushed to actually tell the difference between the Small Faces & the Fakers.First class
Great to see young guys appreciating this "old" music and playing it with such passion and gusto. It's like being transported back to '67. Keep it up, guys!
