  • Thanks man. They can initially be a tricky movement to get accustomed to but as long as you keep practicing the gains will start coming.

  • Update: did 170X8 today and shooting for bw X10 reps. First I'll try for 185X5 though. Hoping that it won't take that much longer.

  • Great form man. Overhead squats are insane, i struggle to balance even with just the bar

  • Thanks man, I suggest you keep at them practicing with the bar. Once you get the form down the weight will start adding up. Overhead squats are a good tool as they expose weaknesses, lack of balance, and lack of flexibility.
