Loose the oil mate. U can't do efective deep work with that much oil. Using elbows and forearm doesnt make massage a deep tissue massage. That looks like relaxing massage with use of elbow and forearm.

I am a male with chronic back pain. I love getting massages but very few people actually work the gluteal muscles effectively. I don't know if the person giving the massage doesn't do it b/c it may be seen as too sexual or maybe too invasive. And I feel ridiculous asking about it b/c I don't want to seem as if I'm asking then to do something they're not comfortable doing.

@chris877676764 thats what diaper draping is for.. their private parts don't have to be exposed, for them to recieve a great flowing massage. that is if your a great massage therapist and know what your doing
