They were the first thing I heard of post-rock. I didn't even know there were a whole genre for that kind of music until today, and now I've been listening to Explosions in the Sky, This Will Destroy You and God is an Astronaut for almost 3 hours straight.

I felt like my heart was going in sync with it, getting faster and faster... until, I just let go... and find myself in a place that words cannot fathom the emotions this song brings me... the only thing I can express are tears of joy.
