and when im going for the armbar ... when i stick my foot into the ground wouldnt it be easier for him to get up ?

Its incredible how far BJJ Instructionals have come. Gone are the days of 1 clip of a submission from 8 angles and a 30 second explanation haha. Amazing, amazing stuff from Abreu, worth every penny I paid to buy his dvd set.

iv been doing something similar for awhile... except from when i go for the triangle, and they trap my leg, so i have one leg over neck and one leg with my shin across the stomach.. then everything else is the same.. it works awesome
